How to install a FM Towns game?

   I have the game Power Dolls for FM Towns and I can't make it work in my Marty FM Towns console so I have to use a FM Towns emulator (UNZ).

When I put the game I get always this screen (the same screen in the Marty and in the UNZ emulator):

I don't know japanese so I don't understand what the screen says.

I think the game have to be installed compulsorily but I don't know how to do it.

Somebody knows how to install a FM Towns game (I think Power Dolls have to be installed the same way that another games)? 

Please somebody tell me step by step what I have to do.

I've Towns OS, MS DOS and hard disk in the emulator.
