Bootable disk for MicroVAX-3800

   I have a Dec MicroVAX-3800, and the hard drive is dead. I was just starting to learn DCL when it died. With the O.S. gone I can no longer boot. Since the TK-70 is OK I was wondering if I can find a tape to boot from? I would really appreciate any help anyone might offer.
