Greetings,

I've just acquired one of these off ebay, the seller was selling it as the LCD not working, but due to certain lights being lit, I came to the conclusion the LCD was just disabled, which happily it was.

So, all is well in terms of general operation. However the CMOS battery has died, so every time I disconnect it from the mains I get the typical "Please enter time and date" and "Fit new battery"

Does anyone know where this is located? I just don't want to be randomly dismantling it if the battery is relatively easily accessed. Also does anyone know whether it's the old pig of a solderable battery or a more modern clip-in variety?

Thanks very much.

Steve.
