This response might be a little late but yes, it is hardware-compatible with the TRS-80. I used to use authentic Radio Shack 5 1/4"disk drives connected to a Naja. I don''t remember if it needed an add-on board$ probably it did, though.

I have one model of this, an I would like to know if this model is compatible in hardware with the TRS, I mean the disk drive.
