This is a very common european system. It was released by numerous manufacturers such as Intel (Germany), Asaflex, Univox, Sportron, Interstate and others. The case can be black or white and the controllers can change.
It has big orange buttons and large game selection wheel. It was released in 1977 and uses the popular AY-3-8500 chip grom General Instruments offering the 4 classic pong games : Hockey, Tennis, Squash and Squash practice. Another version offered 6 games : 4 same pong games + 2 shooting games. It had the same design as the 4 games model.
This particular model was sold by Intel in Germany. It is unclear if this Intel company is the same as the world famous one... If someone could help us on this subject that would be great ! We personaly think it is a different one, based in germany...
The fun fact is that the controllers are attached to the console by "scratches" !

The Company was called INTerELektronik GmbH (short INTEL). The company form GmbH similar to the LLC As much as I found out it has nothing to do with the well known Intel
To my knowledge he first system was the INTEL TV Sports 1004 which is equal to Univox 41N and Grandstand T.V. Game 2000.
The sold a lot of similar consoles in 1977 like Intel TV Sport 1006 (bascially a 1004 with Light Gun and two additional Games Pistol and Rifle), Intel TV Sport 2004, Intel TV Sport 3006, Intel TV Sport 4010, Intel TV Sport 5010 and so on. You can find a good compilations of consoles from that company here: https://retroconsoles.fandom.com/wiki/INTEL_(INTerELektronik_GmbH)
A picture of of the TV Sport 1004 packaging can be found here http://20thcenturyvideogames.com/Pongs/Intel/cajas/IntelTV-Sport1004.jpg (The picture is read but is says "Farbe:Schwarz" $ Colour: black$)
