The main particularity of this pong system is that it is very very very small! The pads are only 2 x 6 cm. It looks like it had been made for dwarves or very little kid hands. Though this must have been a kind of marketing feature (so small you can take it with you anywhere you want), it also must have reduced the manufacturing costs...
The speaker hole takes a third of the front panel! The tiny controllers are mounted on each side of the system, but can also be detached to play in the sofa ;-)
The finition is very sober, but doesn't seem to be very strong. There are no screws to fix the different parts. It was very cheap.

This small console was also sold as Ajax Model T-800 for the B&W version, and Ajax Colour Game Model T-800C for the colour one. The two systems are exactly the same except for the video output. The colour model can also be found with a white panel.

Hi people are saying this unit freezes, I added a small heatsink to the board from spare zx spectrum parts I had and it no longer freezes.

You guys cant imagine what you remind me with that pong machine!It was my first electronic device of my childhood years.My mother bought that pong for me, but I remeber I was soooooo dissapointed because it was freezing after 5-10 minutes of playing! I remember I went back to the store, and I changed it with another one-totally 3 times-, but all had the same problem.Anyway, even for 5 minutes of playing with that machine was a really dream! Keep on your good work with that site!
