I have an unbranded pong console which is clearly identical to this model, although I cannot find a reference to its given model number ("TVG-2001" as opposed to "TVG-209") anywhere . The manual is indeed in German and English (rather poorly translated). There is no identification of the manufacturer anywhere on the packaging or documentation.
